🎉 NEW YEAR’S EVE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, all guests agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are strictly enforced to ensure a safe, premium, and enjoyable celebration for everyone.

1. Dress Code & Entry

  • Dress code compliance is mandatory for entry.

  • Guests must be well-groomed and dressed in smart casuals / party wear / evening formals.

  • Slippers, shorts, track pants, sleeveless vests, sportswear, and overly casual attire are strictly not permitted.

  • Entry will be denied without refund if dress code is not followed, even with a valid ticket.

  • Management reserves the final right of admission.

2. Ticket Type & Package Usage

  • Tickets and packages are non-transferable.

  • Guests holding Unlimited Food & Alcohol packages are strictly prohibited from sharing food, drinks, or package benefits with Entry Only or non-eligible ticket holders.

  • If sharing is identified, both parties will be immediately evicted from the venue without refund.

3. Floor Allocation

  • Floor, section, and seating/standing allocation is done solely by venue management.

  • Requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

  • Refusal to accept allocated floor/section will not be entertained.

  • Floor allocation disputes are not a valid reason for refund or compensation.

  • General seating is provided for everyone on first come basis

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

  • No refunds, cancellations, or ticket modifications under any circumstances.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event date specified.

5. Guest Conduct, Safety & Alcohol Policy

  • Guests are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully at all times.

  • Any aggressive, indecent, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

  • Zero tolerance towards drugs: possession, consumption, or influence of drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and further action if required.

  • Management reserves the right to deny service or entry in the interest of guest safety and comfort.

6. Photography & Media Consent

  • By entering the venue, guests authorise the venue and its appointed photographers/videographers to capture photographs and videos during the event.

  • Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without any compensation or prior approval.

7. Support & Assistance

  • Our team and security staff are always available to assist guests in any manner possible.

  • Guests are encouraged to approach venue staff for help, information, or support at any time during the event.

8. General Rights

  • Management reserves the right of admission.

  • All decisions taken by venue management in the interest of safety, discipline, and overall experience are final and binding.
