What we collect

• Guest list: your name, WhatsApp number, the night and time you plan to come, and how many men and women are in your group.
• To keep the form safe from spam: your IP address, browser type and the page you came from, including any ad campaign tags in the link.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your number and the messages you send.

We don't ask for payment details on this website.

Why we use it

• To send a one-time code that confirms your WhatsApp number.
• To put you on the guest list, send your confirmation and check you in at the door.
• To reply to your questions and booking requests.
• To stop fake or automated bookings.
• To understand which of our ads and pages bring guests in.

By submitting the guest list form you agree to us using your details for these purposes.

Who we share it with

WhatsApp messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so Meta processes your number and our messages to you. Our website and booking records are kept on our own hosting server. We don't sell your details or share them with other businesses for their marketing.

Cookies

We use one short-lived cookie while you confirm your guest list code, so the site knows which booking the code belongs to. It expires within about 15 minutes. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run the guest list and keep our records, then delete them. Unconfirmed guest list forms are deleted within a day.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@asianhouse.in and we'll reply as soon as we can. If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
